In addition to pre-selecting films for Istanbul, we organised a round table on "Why buy bottled water?".\r\n
The objective of this event was to stimulate debate based on people\'s experiences filmed and prepared especially for the occasion in collaboration with Il Fischo (the Film Culture Centre of Milan, directed by journalist Floriana Chailly).\r\n
The invited guests had the task of responding to the most common concerns of consumers, but also of discussing the issues regarding drinking tap water, the implications for financing water management, water quality, bottle recycling and environmental impact etc.

The debate was moderated by Evelyne Lyons, a French geologist and professor at the Ecole de Mines, Ponts et  Chaussées.\r\n
