Our audience was able to meet directors such as Oscar winner Nikita Michalkov, Fernando Solanas, Julian Temple and public figures such as writers Arundhati Roy and Joel Bakan.

The International Water and Film Festival of Verviers is preparing its third edition and second year of competition.

The winners of the competition were announced at a prize-giving ceremony held during the World Youth Congress, which took place in Quebec, Canada, from 10 to 21 August 2008.
